When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, faculty, and department. We also collect usage data such as quiz scores, streaks, and session history to power your progress tracking and leaderboard features.
We use your information to provide the quiz service, calculate your aggregate score, display your leaderboard position, send subscription and payment confirmations via email, and notify you of important platform updates.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Transaction records are kept for billing purposes only.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared with service providers (Supabase, Paystack, Vercel) necessary to operate the platform.
Sponsor information (name, phone, email) is collected and stored solely for the purpose of managing sponsored student access and generating receipts. This information is never shared with third parties outside the platform.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
